Franchisee Sandy Kaur recognized the aging community in San Mateo, Redwood City, Bay View, South San Francisco, Marin, Petaluma, Vacaville, Roseville, CA and the need for home care in those regions. She is focused on making a positive impact on the lives of her clients and Caregivers. She is driven by her commitment to making a difference and revolutionizing the standard for home care in the communities she serves.

Sandy began her career as an HR manager and eventually went on to start her own business which was recognized as the fastest growing IT Services business by Inc 500. She started her franchise with Nurse Next Door because of her own personal experiences in her family, taking care of her loved ones and her strong passion for giving back to her community. She and her team are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care with a focus on all things Happier Aging.
